What are your hours of operation?
Appointments are available Monday through Friday.  We have morning, afternoon and evening appointments available.

What do I need to do to make an appointment?
Simply call or contact Andrea via email.  A brief description of the issue will be needed in order to assess how we can best help you.  Please print and complete the forms prior to appointment time.  By doing so, you and your counselor will have optimal time for the initial assessment and your individualized treatment plan.

Do you file for Insurance?
Yes, Andrea is an approved provider for most major insurance companies. As a courtesy, Andrea will file your counseling sessions with your Health Insurance Company; however you must verify and obtain coverage information prior to your first session.

The Health Insurance Information Form provides you with the specific questions to ask your insurance company. You must bring the completed form to your first scheduled appointment. Clients without all questions on form answered by your Insurance Company will be responsible for the full session fee.
